CAM32 Customer Management
The CAM Customer Management software offers you a powerful marketing tool for tracking your customer's purchasing patterns and allowing you
to target mailings and reports based on frequency of purchase, amount of purchases, and exact items purchased. This information can be
displayed at the point of sale, which can be especially helpful with returns or handling pricing issues.
As you can see by the selection criteria for Customer History and Purchase History, you can select reports and mailing labels by almost any
criteria you choose. For example, if you were considering opening another store, it might be helpful to know what zip codes your current
sales are coming from.You might find that you have overstocked a particular type of item and want to target a mailing to customers who
have purchased that type of item before, or maybe you are going to have a sale and you would like to target a mailing to those customers
who are frequent shoppers in your store.
As you can see, you can use your imagination to improve your marketing capability with CAM's Customer Management software. Best of all,
the information you need about your customers is collected automatically, as you do nothing more than you are doing now, ringing sales.

This screen shows you the basic information stored about each customer. Items 16-20 are automatically filled in by the system as you
sell items at the point of sale or in the order entry screen.
