ICE Commission

Retail ICE contains an extensive sales commission reporting system that allows you to pay and report on commissions using various commission structures. These commission structures can be customized for each employee. You can pay commissions on gross sales, profitability, or a straight commission and reduce the amount or eliminate it for discounted items. They choice is up to you.

Establishing a commission structure against straight sales also allows you to set sales goals for each employee and vary the commission amount as goals are met. The system offers the capability to establish up to three goals levels.

When you run a commission report for an employee, you can also limit it to any date range that you specify. The commission report will list every item that the employee has sold within the selected date range and also shows how much commission was earned for each item. The bottom portion of the report will summarize all of this detail for you and provide you with an exact amount of commission that is owed to the sales employee. Having this detail along with the summary statement is a great benefit and keeps employees motivated.
