ICE Job Tracker

Job Tracker can be used in different ways depending on your needs. One way it can be used is to record notes and instructions attached to a customer for actions such as repairs, customizations, or special orders. Another is to communicate information to other stores; for example, to instruct them to perform a task at a certain time, etc.
To use Job Tracker, locate and click on Job Tracker under the Job Tracking submenu. You can set up a job for a particular customer, for example. Start by searching for a customer by clicking the Cust Search button on the main top menu. Once you've found and selected the customer, Job Tracker redisplays information for that customer.
You can now click the Add Job button to begin entering your specified fields for that job:
ie.: Job Location, Job Status, Job Type, Pay Status, Assigned To, Start Date, Delivery Date, Assign Date, Job Name (optional), Notes (optional)
With the Job Tracker Calendar, creating your job is a breeze. It is a great feature for choosing the job date and time efficiently.



After the fields have been completed, click on the Save button and then the Exit button to close the Add Job window.
You have added a job to the Job Tracker!

Job Tracker allows you to manage the jobs easily. You can view all jobs for a particular customer or by the varies search fields available, edit existing jobs and delete jobs that are completed or no longer needed.
