ICE Sales Tax
The Sales Tax report is one of many "flash reports" built into the Retail ICE software suite. These "flash reports" provide instant, up-to-date information and are comprised of the most commonly requested reports by thousands of retailers. The Sales Tax report allows you to quickly see the sales taxes, sales, returns, and non-tax sales processed by your store over a specified date range. This report greatly reduces the amount of time required to file your state sales tax returns.
The Sales Tax report allows you to report on various taxable and non-taxable structures you configure within the Retail ICE software suite. This allows you to quickly generate sales tax reports for retail sales, wholesale sales, account for returns, and report on out of state sales taxes collected or deferred. This flexibility allows a merchant to exploit multiple sales channels (i.e. retail, wholesale, Internet, eBay, etc.) and conform to government reporting requirements easily.
