Phone Support - (800) 949-1470. Available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (PST) and on Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Emergency pager service is available on Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Of course, critical calls are always handled on a priority basis and will usually get immediate attention.

Our Hardware Technicians are available when you need service for your hardware. We have an in-house staff of full-time hardware technicians to troubleshoot and repair hardware. They test all new equipment before it is shipped to our customers and are available to help with difficult hardware problems. We also offer on-site service for your hardware throughout the U.S. via a third-party provider.

Loaner Equipment is available should you experience a hardware problem that cannot be solved over the phone. CAM can send you an immediate replacement unit overnight via Federal Express. Since most hardware is connected on a modular basis using standard phone jack connectors, you simply unplug the defective piece of hardware and plug in the new one. You then return the bad unit via UPS ground using the same box in which the new unit arrived. When the defective unit is repaired, we will send it back to you, at which time you can return the loaner. We can usually have your hardware problem solved by 10:30 the next morning anywhere Federal Express delivers.
